pak399 Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

Access to the pak399 Platform is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) completing the pak399 Account registration form; (b) completing a pak399 Login; (c) making a deposit into your pak399 Account; or (d) placing any Wager on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and contact our support team at [email protected] to close your Account if one has been created.

To be eligible to hold a pak399 Account and access the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak399 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will not activate or maintain any Account for a person under this age threshold.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities and trusts may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of pak399, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly authorised in writing by pak399 management.
• You must not be listed on any financial sanctions register, terrorist financing watchlist, or politically exposed persons (PEP) list that would prevent pak399 from onboarding you under applicable AML standards.
• You must not already hold an active pak399 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted at any time.

pak399 takes underage gambling seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account or any other Account, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take all appropriate action.

To access the full pak399 Platform — including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, and cashier — you must register an Account and complete the pak399 Login process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pak399 Login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it, until you notify pak399 of any unauthorised access.
• Keeping your Account information current. Material changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to support within 14 days.
• Notifying pak399 immediately if you become aware that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

pak399 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account for additional security. This is available in the Account Security settings following pak399 Login.

All financial transactions on pak399 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak399 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment options may be added or removed at pak399's discretion from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500 per transaction (subject to individual payment method minimums).
• Maximum single deposit: PKR 500,000 or as otherwise set by your Account tier and payment method.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically credited within one to three business hours during normal operating hours.
• pak399 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. pak399 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days following approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• pak399 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request in excess of PKR 100,000 or where AML screening flags a review requirement.

pak399 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal may be requested. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement on pak399 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on pak399 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sportsbook wagers contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless a different period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of PKR 50,000 or 10x the bonus amount, whichever is higher.
• Abuse: pak399 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All casino games and slots available on pak399 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories and are accurate as published. pak399 does not alter RTP settings to disadvantage individual players.

Sports betting odds are set by pak399's trading desk and reflect market conditions at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the stated odds are locked in for that wager.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, pak399 will endeavour to settle the relevant wager using the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers. Where this is not possible, pak399 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game rules — whether caused by human error or technical fault — pak399 reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified promptly and stakes returned.
• All Wagers must be placed using funds held in your Account balance. Credit betting is not available on pak399.
• Maximum Wager limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to Account tier, game type, and promotional status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak399 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one pak399 Account simultaneously or sequentially under any identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sportsbook product.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place Wagers, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits. pak399 cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial crime authorities.
• Money Laundering: Using the pak399 Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity in any form. pak399 files Suspicious Transaction Reports in accordance with its AML obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute in respect of any deposit into your pak399 Account without first raising the matter with pak399 support. Chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account, or misrepresenting your identity to pak399 in any way.

pak399 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic — and we take our obligation to those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders immediately following pak399 Login, from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations after which your Account will automatically log out. Applicable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Configure on-screen notifications at set intervals reminding you of time spent in session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account remains open but wagering and deposits are suspended during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pak399 Platform — including but not limited to the pak399 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — are owned by or licensed to pak399 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any pak399 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pak399 software.
• Create derivative works based on pak399 content or branding.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on any pak399 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak399 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your pak399 Login credentials.
• Indirect losses including loss of business, loss of data, or reputational harm.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond pak399's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Where pak399's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant event occurred, or PKR 10,000 — whichever is greater.

pak399 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points of pak399's data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• pak399 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers or advertising networks.
• Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities — all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• All data transmitted between your device and the pak399 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pak399's regulatory retention obligations.

pak399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak399 will notify Account holders via the email address registered to their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must notify pak399 within the notice period and cease using the Platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations, or updates required to maintain legal compliance — may be implemented without advance notice.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the pak399 Platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact — pak399 Support: All disputes must first be raised with the pak399 customer support team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. pak399 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation — Senior Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial support response, you may request escalation to pak399's senior compliance team. This request must be made within 30 days of receiving the initial response. The senior team will conduct an independent review and issue a final position within a further 10 business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority under whose standards pak399 operates. The decision of the regulatory body, following its own investigation process, is final and binding on both parties.

pak399 does not participate in third-party alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes outside of those mandated by its regulatory framework.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming regulatory standards under which pak399 operates. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under the laws applicable to a particular jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence. pak399 acknowledges that Pakistani players may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement, and this Agreement does not purport to override such rights.
